This stance, which is of an intermediate difficulty, has wonderful effects on your skin and radiance. It's not too difficult to master this stance, and consistent practise improves blood flow to the face, which helps fight ailments like facial dullness, acne, and wrinkles.

 Lie on your back with your back to the ceiling. Straighten your hips and legs while supporting your back with your hands. After remaining in the position for a short while, return to your regular position.
