WATER BOTTLE

To replace lost fluids in your body during and after practice, it's imperative to stay hydrated. Not everyone practises constant hydration, and it's common for us to forget about it when we're busy. Advice: If you're concerned that you didn't have enough water before doing yoga, you may always get some coconut water to replenish your body's electrolytes afterward.

YOGA TOWEL

One of these should always be brought to a Bikram or hot yoga session! A small hand towel to wipe your brow, especially if sweat starts to drip down your forehead and burn your eyes. will also be useful. And finally, there are lots of "yoga towels"

YOGA MAT

A mat is practically required for practising yoga. In addition to shielding your joints from impact with a hard floor, the surface is sticky enough to hold you immobile in odd positions. The uses for an exercise mat are numerous, even if you don't do yoga.

COMFORTABLE CLOTHES

What you truly need is something that allows you to move freely, like flowing trousers and a supportive top—anything that will make you feel at ease as opposed to self-conscious. While practising, you should wear clothing that won't move around because continually fixing your shirt or trousers and worrying about a wardrobe malfunction will interrupt your 'flow' and pull you out of the experience

AFTER YOGA TREAT

You should refuel with a meal or snack that has a 3-to-1 ratio of carbs to protein after doing yoga, especially if it is a vigorous flow, as this can aid in muscle regeneration and energy restoration.

PEACEFUL MIND

Because the mind and body are intertwined, improving your posture (asana) will also improve your mental clarity. The greatest approach to start mind control is via asana practise. Since the mind and the breath are intertwined, controlling the breath and prana (pranayama) also controls the mind.
