AVCA MEN'S POLL: The top 15 remained largely unchanged following a week devoid of major surprises. Hawaii, UCLA, Penn State, and Long Beach State all finished with 1-4 records. UC Irvine is still ranked fifth, while Grand Canyon, the team with which it was tied last week, fell to sixth.

Francesco Sani, a junior at UC Irvine, is the national player of the week according to the AVCA. Sani recorded 34 kills in two victories over CSUN, including 23 in the second match, and a.397 batting average. His dig average was 1.33.


AVCA BEACH POLL: The top four remained the same, however while TCU is still ranked first, USC rose to take its place, Florida State went up to take its place, and UCLA dropped two spots to take its place at No. 4.


Not only did LSU remain at No. 5, but positions 5 through 12 are also the same as last week's poll. North Florida replaced Arizona at No. 19 after Arizona fell out.

BROWN Advances: The Elite level school in Fortune, Rhode Island, advanced two-year collaborator Taylor Prudence to lead trainer. She replaces Ahem Kim, who surrendered in February to mentor an ace group in South Korea. Brown, which came out on top for the 2021 Ivy championship, completed 15-10 last year, OK in the meeting.


MEN'S Timetable: There are three matches Wednesday, two in Gathering Carolinas when Emmanuel goes to North Greenville and Belmont Convent goes to Remains McRae. In the SIAC, Kentucky State goes to Post Valley State.


There are eight matches Thursday, remembering four for the MIVA when No. 10 Loyola Chicago goes to No. 11 Ball Express, No. 13 Ohio State is home for Purdue Post Wayne, Lewis is at Lindenwood and McKendree goes to Quincy.


The two MPSF matches show No. 2 UCLA home for USC and negative. 8 Pepperdine at Concordia Irvine.


In the SIAC, Focal State goes to Post Valley State and free movers Sovereigns and Limestone go head to head.


TUESDAY MEN: No. 14 Charleston (22-2) of the EIVA cleared at the SIAC's Focal State (12-14).


The NEC's Consecrated Heart cleared free American Worldwide.


Likewise among free thinkers, Sovereigns cleared Mount Olive of Gathering Carolinas, Missouri S&T won in five at Maryville, and Limestone beat Erskine of Meeting Carolinas in foiur.
