Bruce Brown of the Nuggets scores a season-high 31 points.

Brown played 38 minutes and finished with 31 points (11-18 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 9-9 FT), six rebounds, and four assists in Thursday's 119-115 loss to Phoenix.

In the close defeat, Brown was outstanding, topping all scorers with 31 points. Managers must be delighted with what he was able to produce offensively, despite the fact that he was quiet on the defensive end. Now that the Nuggets have clinched the top seed in the West, Brown may see more success before the season is through.
